Damaged Goods:
If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the courier tracking shows the package is delivered. This is so we can see what we can do for you.
Performance Kingdom LTD is not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages.
Incorrect Item Received:
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email performancekingdom@gmail.com and make sure to add a subject to your email,
this helps us attend to your needs quicker.
Please include your order confirmation and a picture of the item(s) that you received.

Shipping:
All items are shipped from Hamilton, New Zealand.
We endevour to ship your parcel within 2-3 business days once your order has been received and payment confirmed.
Was your Package Sent Back?
When filling out your information at the checkout please include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
If this isn't provided we will be unable to post your item.
Performance Kingdom LTD is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to correct their address by contacting Performance Kingdom.
The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
However, if we notice we have not received the full address nor any further communication, we may get in touch to ask for the information required.
