All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on courier delays.
All stock listed available on our website is in stock in Hamilton, New Zealand, ready to be sent to you.
All stocked listed as coming soon has been ordered and is in transit.
Pre-orders are accepted but bare in mind there may be a 4-6 week wait before the shipment has landed with us in Hamilton, New Zealand.
COURIER DELAYS:
Occasionally couriers can have delays in delivery.
Unfortunately, this is out of our hands.
We are not responsible for any delays on NZ Post's, Post Haste part.
If your tracking number states your package has been delivered but you do not have the package, please contact your local NZ Post Shop OR Pass The Parcel for help.
Have your tracking number handy for reference so they can find your parcel quickly!
They are a great help to you in locating your package.
International Shipping:
At this time, we are shipping within New Zealand only.
This is due to increased shipping expenses for overseas postage. We are working hard to be able to offer worldwide shipping in the future!
